Shipping policy

At Bolt & Arrow, every order is built specifically for you. Our lenses are cut and fitted to your selected frame to ensure proper fit, performance, and quality.

Order Processing

All Bolt & Arrow orders are made to order.

Each lens is cut specifically for your frame to ensure the best possible fit and optical performance. After cutting and installation, every pair is inspected and signed off by a certified optical technician before being packaged and shipped.

Because of this process, orders typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We provide free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

2–4 business days

All shipments include tracking, which will be sent via email when your order ships.

International Shipping

Bolt & Arrow ships internationally to many countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country.

International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Bolt & Arrow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Bolt & Arrow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other logistical issues outside our control. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
