Frame width
141mm

Frame width is the horizontal diameter of the full frame width, and it’s the primary way we determine fit. (Note: You will not find this number on your glasses.)

Like most eyewear brands, measurements for Maraduer glasses can be found on the inside of the temple arm. There you’ll find Lens width (54mm), Bridge (20mm), Temple length (115mm). If you already have a pair that you like, you can compare it to those measurements.

FRAME - Grilamid TR-90 Frame

Built for everyday clarity, our single vision RX lenses are custom-edged for your frame and finished to help you see the world clearly. Designed for prescription wear, these lenses give you clean daily function in a Bolt & Arrow frame.

PREMIUM DOUBLE-SIDED ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING

Our prescription lenses are finished with premium anti-reflective coating to help reduce glare and unwanted reflections. Clear and mirror RX lenses receive double-sided coating on the front and back of the lens, while the Matte lens uses a one-sided coating. The result is a cleaner visual experience for daily wear, driving, office use, and changing light conditions.

RX BUILD TIME

Each prescription lens is built to order. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for RX lens production before your order ships.

INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

After your RX order is processed, you will receive an itemized invoice that can be submitted to your vision insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts may vary based on your individual plan.

PRESCRIPTION LENS NOTE

Our RX lenses are separate from our custom Zeiss lens color program, but they are built with the same attention to fit, finish, and daily function. We work with a U.S.-based optical partner for high-quality prescription coatings and mirrors, then custom-edge each single vision lens for your frame to reduce glare and help you see the world clearly.

    Prescription lenses are custom-made to your order and are non-returnable unless the prescription was manufactured incorrectly or an error was made on our end.

    Production begins once your prescription is received and verified. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for completion.

    rescription orders are not eligible for discounts or promotional codes. GovX pricing remains eligible.

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an itemized invoice that can be submitted to your vision insurance provider for any eligible reimbursement or benefit allotment. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your insurance provider.

    Domestic and APO shipping is absolutely free. Make sure when you send APO/FPO you put the country is United States in order to get the free shipping. If any issues arise during checkout just let us know and we will reimburse your domestic shipping.

    All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order using USPS or UPS. We don't work on Saturday or Sunday because that is when we are out exploring with our Bolt and Arrow eyewear on. 

    The typical delivery time frame is between 7-10 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way!

    Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. We appreciate your patience.

    We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, submit via your Account Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
