*All Bolt and Arrow frames will be fitted with the same Bolt and Arrow lens type as the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for the shipping+insurance back to Bolt and Arrow. Bolt and Arrow will be responsible for the shipping+insurance back to the customer. Please return in original case if possible to protect eyewear from damage. Items lost or stolen en route back to Bolt and Arrow are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic and APO shipping is absolutely free. Make sure when you send APO/FPO you put the country is United States in order to get the free shipping. If any issues arise during checkout just let us know and we will reimburse your domestic shipping.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order using USPS or UPS. We don't work on Saturday or Sunday because that is when we are out exploring with our Bolt and Arrow eyewear on.
The typical delivery time frame is between 7-10 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way!
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays. We appreciate your patience. Welcome to the Bolt and Arrow Family.
